Online Seminar - Exchange Problem Solving, Debugging, and Ongoing Maintenance

By popular demand, we have video taped another seminar conducted by Convergent Computing President, Rand Morimoto, this time on the topic of Microsoft Exchange Problem Solving, Debugging, and Ongoing Maintenance.  In this session, Rand covers Microsoft Exchange "under the hood" like you've never heard or learned about Exchange in the past.

Rand covers how Exchange was designed and deep down what the various log files, patch files, checkpoint files, and other minute things that make all the difference when you're trying to solve an Exchange problem, or try to recover an Exchange database.

Rand talks about tips, tricks, and best practices how to maintain, manage, and support an Exchange environment taught not from the theoretical perspective, but from the real world functional perspective including how to patch and update servers without rebooting the system, how to create a disaster recovery process built on low cost hardware, or how to confirm that AD and Exchange are actually working the way you think they are working.

You should download and print the slide deck that will be used throughout this session
