At Microsoft's semi-annual Partner Briefing in San Francisco, CCO received Microsoft's "Best Practice Award".
This award was given to CCO for its ability to provide professional services, technical assistance, and partner support to Microsoft in helping to achieve mutual "wins" between Microsoft, its customers, and CCO.
Examples of such best practices include:
- Expertise: CCO has continued to strive to support Microsoft's customers at the highest level, with experts across the entire Microsoft "stack" including Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL, System Center, Lync, Windows 7, Hyper-V, and security
- Certifications: CCO has achieve more combined Gold and Silver competencies than any other Microsoft partner for a given location, where the competencies are earned based on technical certifications, qualifications, and practical (reference validated) customer implementations
- Support: CCO has repeatedly jumped in and helped organizations implement Microsoft technologies, support Microsoft solutions, and help organizations better leverage their existing investment in Microsoft products by either helping to get the technologies implemented, or getting it to the point where the technologies work the way that organizations can best leverage the technologies
